On Saturday we played Killarney Celtic B in the cup quarter final at home in Christy Leahy Park. This was a hard won game against a very well organised and determined Celtic side. The first half saw us well below our best in a half that saw us lack effort , however at the break we were 1 goal up with a good goal from Sebastian.
The half time break gave us a chance to regroup ans assess the game.
The second half went much better for us with all players working much harder and playing much better soccer. Although we dominated this half it took us until the end of the game to extend our lead when Padraig fired home.
It was great to see these players able to up the tempo when it was needed. Man of the match was James Sheehan with some excellent moves down the right side. As always the support from parents and friends wes great. Training again Wednesday at 4:15.
