32 of our U9’s took part in matches versus their counterparts at Listowel Celtic on Saturday last (28th January).
We fielded 4 Teams against Celtic in a round robin series of matches.
There was some excellent football on display in all matches. The benefits of the lads turning up for training every Saturday were plain to see.
There was some great goalkeeping from Jerome, Dylan, David and Samuel. The defenders who played their hearts out included Jack, Alan, Joe, Gearoid and Abraham.
Some magical midfield play was on display too. We had crispp passing and movement from John, Colin, Dan, Niall.
Among the goals were Cian, Danny, Jason and Gavin. All players put in a great performance and they are proving to be a very talented bunch!
Our thanks to Listowel Celtic for looking after us so well and we hope to have them as visitors to the Park before the end of the season.
